Welcome!
We are the Baumgartner family, and we runÖbersthof Lazfons with dedication and passion. Our farm is located at an altitude of 1,700 meters, surrounded by pristine meadows and forests. Our focus is on the ethical production of high-quality beef. Starting in the spring of 2024, we will also be offering farm stays.

Our apartment not only features a modern kitchen and cozy bedrooms, but also has a special touch: a spacious living area with a traditional farmhouse stove, offering you a warm and relaxing atmosphere after an active day in nature.

Despite its modest size, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, as well as a spacious bathroom and balcony. Our highlight is a hot tub, which promises hours of rejuvenating relaxation.
An idyllic atmosphere and traditional charm
Latzfons is the largest hamlet in the municipality of Chiusa, located in the Isarco Valley at an altitude of 1,160 meters, and boasts a picturesque setting in the heart of the South Tyrolean Alps. The village of Latzfons is renowned for its idyllic atmosphere and the traditional charm of a typical South Tyrolean mountain village.
